Account Manager

Our current opening is for a DMA Account Manager. A DMA Account Manager should be a digital media consultant who is capable of acquiring and managing clients and helping them to buy online media more efficient. This includes acquisition of new clients, extending current partnerships, presenting the outcome of projects/campaigns to clients. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in: Online media buying/selling, Ad Management, Web Analytics or online marketing.

Below are the following responsibilities of the DMAi Account Manager:

• Lead generation / cold calling;
• Organizing product presentations, demonstrations and events;
• Updating sales pipeline and CRM databases.
• Managing existing client relations;
• Reporting and presenting campaign results;
• Identify problems/bottlenecks in an early stage;
• Be proactive in continuous improvement;
• Working in a structured and accurate way is vital as well as strong communicational skills.

Backend Developer

We have a current opening for a DMAi Backend Developer. A DMAi developer should be passionate about coding, innovative and eager to learn, apply and work with the latest technologies and techniques. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with PHP 5 in production applications as well as knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 / web standards / cross-browser, cross-device coding and strong knowledge of object oriented javascript / json / jquery.

Furthermore, expert knowledge of database driven programming (php/mysql), strong object-oriented design, programming and debugging skills, versed in Git and Subversion and extensive knowledge of (PHP) MVC frameworks. As an international company, having the ability to communicate in English is vital.

Below are the following responsibilities of the DMAi Backend Developer:
• Scaling big data and our platform;
• Data visualization;
• The design and implementation of ground breaking new product and technologies;
• Creating and improving user interaction and experience;

Analyst

Our current opening is for a DMAi Analyst (Jr/ DMAi Analyst). A DMAi Analyst should be a digital media consultant who is capable of managing multiple auditing projects/campaigns for Agency, Advertiser and Publisher clients. This role would include data analysis, reporting as well as presenting the outcome of the projects/campaigns to the clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in Ad Management systems, Web Analytics or some sort of digital media optimization tool within the digital media landscape.

We are looking for individuals that are motivated and enthusiastic and can function independently in an open and ambitious team. Passionate about the digital media landscape, and has excellent command of Dutch and English language, and a problem-solving attitude.

Below are the following responsibilities of the DMA Analyst:
• Lead in customer briefings and translating this into a tangible solution;
• Translate briefing into a concrete project plan;
• Implementation and execution of project plan;
• Monitoring of individual projects and taking the lead for client contact;
• Identify problems/bottleneck in an early stage;
• Reporting findings applying DMA Institute’s methodology;
• Provide team lead with a comprehensive overview of running projects and planning;
• Be proactive in continuous improvement;
• Support your team in order to constantly grow, learn and develop;

Ad Ops Trafficker

Our current opening is for a DMAi Ad Ops Trafficker. This role is crucial to ensuring the success of the Ad Operations department. The role includes regular day-to-day communication with Campaign Managers, Media Strategists, and Account Executives to facilitate required tasks to make sure client expectations are being met. The ideal candidate should have experience in many different Ad Management systems, Web Analytics and have some sort of knowledge with digital media optimization tools within the digital media landscape.

We are looking for individuals that are motivated and enthusiastic and can function independently in an open and ambitious team. Passionate about the digital media landscape, and has excellent command of Dutch and English language, and a problem-solving attitude.

Below are the following responsibilities of the DMAi AD OPS TRAFFICKER:
• Lead in customer briefings and translating this into a tangible solution;
• Implementation and execution of project plan;
• Ensure one day campaigns run as scheduled;
• Understanding of various digital creatives and trafficking the creatives in ad servers – specifically DCM and Sizmek;
• Monitoring of individual projects and taking the lead for client contact;
• Identify problems/bottleneck in an early stage;
• Reporting findings applying DMA Institute’s methodology;
• Provide team lead with a comprehensive overview of running projects and planning;
• Be proactive in continuous improvement;
• Support your team in order to constantly grow, learn and develop;
• Working in a structured and accurate way is vital.

And below are the following qualifications of the DMAi AD OPS TRAFFICKER:
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
• Superior time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines;
• Experience with online ad serving systems, such as DCM, a huge plus;
• Knowledge of 3rd party ad tags (DFA/DCM, Sizmek, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript helpful;
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently;
• Superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
